Three seen.

2     Pieris brassicae Large White
Probably the commonest butterfly.

3     Anthocharis cardamines Orange-tip
Seen in the Troodos and at Ancient Kourion.

4     Colias croceus Clouded Yellow
Ones and twos seen quite widely.

5     Gonepteryx cleopatra Cleopatra
Seen in the Troodos and at Ancient Kourion.

6     Lycaena phlaeas Small Copper
Seen at the archaeological sites in Pafos and at Ancient Kourion.

7     Lampides boeticus Long-tailed Blue
1 at the archaeological site on Pafos headland.

8     Glaucopsyche paphos Paphos Blue
Common in the vicinity of its foodplant, a species of Broom.

9     Vanessa cardui Painted Lady
A few seen towards the end of the week.

10     Hipparchia cypriensis Cyprus Grayling
Early individuals at Asprokremmos Dam and on the Akamas Peninsula.

11     Maniola cypricola Cyprus Meadow Brown
1 at Asprokremmos Dam.

12     Pararge aegeria Speckled Wood
1 in the Troodos.

13     Pelopidas thrax Millet Skipper
1 at the archaeological site on Pafos headland.
